The first formula of Toothpaste Couto was registered in the city of Porto on June 13, 1932, under thr name of Pasta Medicinal Couto, by Alberto Ferreira do Couto, pharmacy manager.

With the support of a stomatologist friend, the toothpaste was developed to promote oral hygiene and gum care. Since then, Couto Toothpaste has become a reference product in Portugal, recognized by multiple generations of consumers. Production remains small-scale, under the responsibility of the last heir of the Couto family.

Intended Use:
Couto Toothpaste
is intended for daily oral hygiene, helping to keep teeth clean and maintain gum health as part of a regular oral care routine.

How to Use:
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to a quality toothbrush, brush teeth and gums, including interdental spaces, for at least 2 minutes, twice daily (morning and evening) or after meals whenever possible.

In cases where brushing is not comfortable, apply a small amount of toothpaste with the fingertip, gently massaging the gums for a few minutes before rinsing..
